Personal Background
The short story, I've always been active and I've always loved creating healthy meals. I was that girl that had a huge folder of exercises and recipes cut from fitness magazines (totally before the internet, right?). Life evolved to allow me to pursue those passions in a variety of ways.
Currently, my efforts center around distance nutrition and fitness coaching through a structured and proven year-long system designed to integrate new healthy habits that will guide you to make steady changes over time that will stick!
