Who Is Annie B?

And why can knowing me, help YOU?

For the better part of 13 years, I have been working with people who want to optimize their health, fitness and nutrition to live better lives.

My fitness background is a combination of personal training, group fitness training as a Crossfit Coach, and USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach.

Learning about and teaching nutrition has been my super passion since I was in college, and even in my 50's I get excited about the possibilities for improving lives that come from guiding people to use food as their ultimate health tool. I am passionate about low-carb living because of how much it's helped me and other people I love who all are saddled with food and hormone related health challenges like Hashimoto's disease and Type 1 Diabetes.

Most people over 40 have some degree of insulin resistance and it just makes sense to adopt a low-carb lifestyle in order to minimize the likelihood of developing any issues with insulin-resistance and metabolic challenges.
