Why Chocolate Benefits Health for Women

It's not secret that women like, well LOVE CHOCOLATE.

Almost every woman I know can tell you a story about how she did something to get her fix. But make no mistake, there are amazing health benefits of chocolate. So many in fact, that EVERY woman needs to understand that not only is chocolate delicious and decadent, should be a regular part of their health regime. Say it with me YIPEE!!!!!

    • Oh Boy Paul…How right you are! Most of my Chava case study participants are men! They are often more tempted than the ladies! But since we gals have all these other issues going on, I thought it might help a few people out there to overcome some issues! Thanks!
