Recently, my husband and I got into a conversation about competition. He is a former professional athlete, and I am naturally competitive. I asked him to determine whether he Loved to Win or Hated to Lose. I am not going to tell you what we each came up with, because I want to hear from YOU and what which one is most true of you!

Most people have never really considered this and maybe it is because at first glance, they are almost the same thing, right? But when you think about it a little bit, you will realize that they are subtly different and your response and reasoning will tell you a lot about what is driving you in your life, your business, your relationships, your conversations and pretty much everything you can think of in your life!
