Are Meal Plans Provided?

No, I don't provide meal plans.

I don't like telling people what to eat and what not to eat, I don't believe it helps people in the end and here's why:

Meal plans and diets aren't that useful or sustainable. People often feel like they are "on" them or "off" them, and when they go "off", it makes people feel like they've failed and are without hope of succeeding if they are not eating perfectly at every meal.

My approach is different. I believe in "teaching a man to fish" by building a set of sustainable habits that will serve you for a lifetime.

This means that YOU get to choose, with my help which foods are best for you and how much of them to eat in every situation, every day.

Ultimately, you learn how to succeed AND sustain that success for the long haul. 

What if I have restrictions to exercise, can I still do the program?

The awesome thing about this program is the ability for it to be customized to your needs based on your intake form. The important thing is to make "movement" part of your daily life. 

It doesn't have to be intense or sweaty to be beneficial, finding the types of exercise that fit your physical condition and what you like is the best way to get you into the habit of exercising regularly!

What if I don't want to commit to a year?

Simply Put...You don't have to do the whole thing if you don't feel as it suits you.
It's a money-back guarantee. 

But remember, you read this far because you really want the results that everything else you've tried haven't stuck. Change takes time, both in your physical body and in your mind. That is why the program is designed to last a year. 

If you don't feel you can commit to a full year, consider committing to 6 months at least so you don't waste time or money (again) working toward your goals.

I can't pay the full amount right now, how can I participate?

I totally get that this program is a big commitment both in your heart and mind but also in your wallet. That is why I have the monthly payment option. Look for that on the payment page. 

Whether you need to pay it at one time to be totally "IN" or can only do it by paying monthly, I want to make sure it's set up for you to participate.

I have a lot of weight to lose, is this program for me?

Being overweight doesn't usually just happen, there are a host of reasons behind it. Whether it's an unhealthy relationship with food, or genetics or just bad habits that are proving hard to break, committing to getting healthy and dropping the extra weight is very important.

As with any program or process for progressing toward a goal, the only way it works is if YOU are willing to commit and work at the program. I will provide the tools, education, accountability and communication, but you are the one in the trenches doing the work.

The answer is yes, I can help you lose most if not all of that weight, but only if your commitment is as great or greater than mine is to your success (and I am pretty committed!)

How much does it cost and what does it include?

The proven system is based on a 12 month format. Ideally, we like our clients to commit to that length of time for best results.

In reality, we understand that that may be too long of a commitment, the next best choice is to opt for 6 months minimum. You can always decide to extend it once you get through those 6 months.

The pricing is set up for you to be able to purchase 3 month blocks either as a monthly payment or for the 3 months at once. IF you are one of those people who need to invest to stay accountable, we have special pricing for 6 and 12 month paid-in-full options with a bit of a discount figured into those prices. If you choose to invest a bit more into your program to get the fitness component too, rest assured, there is a program to match your current fitness level along with your specific goals.

So it doesn't matter if you are a gym rat, or have avoided working out like the plague, we have a progressive program that will work for you.

After you enroll, you will receive a comprehensive intake questionnaire that will be used to determine the best workout program for you and your goals. It's based on YOU-where you are and what you want to achieve!
